Just had a great meal last evening. The last couple years I've been taking the Backstraps from my deer and Slice them ultra thin and we use them for Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches (Peppers, onions, mushrooms, and cheese over and fried in with the deer steaks).. They are awesome. We call them Deerkum's..
