Up for sale is a .338 Baer in a blueprinted Remington 700 Sendero (1st gen) action. The barrel is a fluted 30" Bartlein HV Stainless Varmint contour with 35 rounds down the tube. Vias muzzle brake greatly reduces recoil. Holland recoil lug. Timney trigger. PT&G bolt shroud. Bolt and bolt handle have been Vortex fluted by Pro Precision Rifles. 20 MOA base. Stock is brand new Bobby Hart LRT Laminated with Aluminum Bedding Block in Granite Gray. Gunsmith is Sid Goodling.
Also comes with 38 rounds of brass, 1 new box of .340 Weatherby Magnum, and custom dies from Bruce Baer (FL and seating).
The .338 Baer is produced from fireformed .340 Weatherby Magnum brass. Once fired, the fireformed brass is ran thru the FL die.
