Cooper M52 28 Nosler base/rings

My Cooper came with Warne steel bases. Am I best off just getting the Warne 513m steel rings for them? Or would the seekins aluminum rings be an upgrade? Or upgrade even further to Ken Farrell base and rings? Not looking to spend any more than I have to, but I don't want/have to skimp.
