I was toying with the idea of starting a brass anealing service I'm not talking complete size trim all that strictly anealing only I have an amp Mark 2 with Aztec I read somewhere that a person offers this service for $.15 a round and I am good with that price plus shipping of course would there be enough of a demand for me to start doing this

I'm sure there would be a fair bit of demand, but might want to look into personal/business insurance. With how sue happy some people are, if they do something stupid and blow their gun up they could try to blame you for "weakening their brass". You could probably mitigate this by being selective about who you accept work from, but then that would eliminate the point of starting up a service. If you have already considered this, sorry for being redundant!

Can't speak to the legal/liability thing but there are some other considerations. You might want to inspect the incoming brass for residual sizing lube, case mouth cracking, incipient head separation, tumbling media, moly, lead residue from cast bullets, corrosion, shipping damage, primer pocket issues and so on. If there is lead then ventilation might be necessary. You should reserve the right to refuse to anneal some/all of a lot. You will probably want an anneal time/temperature profile spec. and have official NIST traceable calibration. After the anneal, you might want to do some kind of inspection to make sure, for example, all the cases were annealed, there are no burned on residues, who knows what else. Keeping written records and good communications with the customer would be nice. Also, throwing soft cases in a big sack and shipping them back might not be optimal. All the best!
