Colorado ML Regulation...???

Would a Ghost Ring sight or a Peep sight count as "Open or Iron sights?"

I may have an opportunity to hunt elk in Colorado's ML season next year, and was thinking of bringing the 50-cal Hawkin.
It shoots 385gr Hornady Great Plains Conicals very well... about 1.5" at 50 yards.

I put a rear aperture "peep" sight on it which works real well with my crappy eyes.
