Why yes it is but now that you said that it is cute and little, I couldn't really admit if it was for me or not! She wants something that can fit into the purse or be easily concealed on her side.

She had a .40 before but the recoil was a little stout for her. She has shot one of these and likes it. 9mm arnt super powerful but inside 10 yds, I believe it will get the job done with todays bullets.
