New guy here but not new to shooting and hunting.
My main interest has been in weight savings on hunting rifles but still keeping them accurate. Some would call them "Mountain Rifles" but I consider them walking/wading rifles since I live in the flat part of Tennessee and hunt big river bottoms.
Whenever I have google searched gun parts, optics, portable benches or target stands this site keeps coming up. Every time I've clicked on the suggestion and read the forum thread that pertained to my search I've found useful information and civil discussion.
I'm not a long range hunter but from what I've seen on this forum I can use the information and experiences here to build a better rifle for my needs.
I hope to be an asset as well.
