Someone had a Bushnell banner on sale for about $60-$70 the other day. Maybe it was midwayusa.com. I think it was a 3x9-40. Just google it. That's probably about the best you are going to find for that price range. They are usually $99 or so. Good luck, sir.

I have several cheap scopes. Tasco, Bushnell, BSA and Swift. The swift came off one of the 17HMR is had. It is 6-18 Ao I think and I would recommend that kind of scope for the 17hmr. I would let it go for $85 shipped or any of the other 3-9's for less. Let me know if you are interested. If so, PM me your contact number and I can text you picture's.

I've got a Simmons 4-12x44. $40 shipped but sounds like it's got low rings on it and would need medium for this.
