Yeah, they're not cheap, but I always buy them in bulk (10-15k). That way they average out after free shipping, hazmat and tax to be about $132 per 1,000.

Agree that makes sense when buying in quantity and spreading out the HazMat & shipping cost. I actually have enough Large Rifle Magnum primers to last me a good while, so will just keep an eye out and wait to see if I can snag some from one of my local stores.

It is always hit and miss, but I've had some decent luck and it seems like the market is getting a bit better.

Stopped by one of my local shops this past weekend to see them unboxing a bunch of powder. I brought home 2 lbs. of H1000 for my 300 WM (that was all they had left). The search is half the fun!
