Sweet Sixteens had vented ribs & sweet sixteen written on the receiver!!!

What is the serial # on it???

Not all sweet 16's have vent rib barrels.

I have a 16 ga A5 from 49 and took it to the Browning factory for review & history. The gunsmith there told me that Sweet 16's all have vent barrels, unless they were traded off by the gun shop.

Sorry, Sweet 16's WERE made without vent ribs, this guy sells tons of Brownings and this is one of his. Your gunsmith is wrong.
