I had a very good experience dealing with Bill. The check I mailed spent a week bouncing around CO. Bill was gracious as I tracked it down and made efforts on his end to capture the check. Frustrating for me and Bill was very kind and patient as it worked out.

Good communication and answered all my questions as it was a high end scope we were working with. The glass was packaged better than anything I have ever seen and was mailed out the same day he received the money.

Great experience and deal with confidence with Bill.
