Berger hybrids vs elite hunter

Now I'm new to reloading and have been lucky to be able to acquire most components through this site and the internet… with that being said at some point I will be getting bullets for the 30 nosler… I primarily use it to hunt not for long range constant shooting. 3 questions

1) Are guys using the 215 Bergers to hunt with or should I use the 180 Elite hunter

2)is there any difference between the 2 besides weight and obviously what the gun likes.

3) any benefit to using a lighter bullet

So what caliber? 300 win mag or larger use the 215's. What twist also

Oh yes definitely 215's. Maybe try 230's. I like the 215's. Most will say the same. That's why it's a unicorn bullet to find
