So after a little bit of research, I have been told that the meplat is nearly closed, or shall I say much tighter than on the 220's. Now having said that, the same thread had a gentleman that spoke of the great terminal performance that he has encountered using the 220's.
Lastly, not sure that the BC is comparable to the 215's or if they act the same in calibers and twist rates that the 215's do?

Do you open the tips on the 220? I never have on the 215s but I have heard 220s need it? I want to just change to 220 at this point also
Berger LRHTs like the 220s are pointed with closed meplats.
