M5 will fit I believe but have gaps on the sides. I'll check this evening. The surgeon DBM is wider. I do have a surgeon DBM that I could add for additional $.

1" decelerator pad
M5 BM does not drop in. Surgeon is wider and parallel sides. M5 tapers to bolt hole further forward than surgeon.
