Anybody else have deer in their backyard?? I posted the velvet buck in another thread earlier, but didn't want to derail it more. Here's another that showed up!

Yes, lots. They eat the flowers, the grapes off the vine, and some figs now and then. Getting ready to corn and protein feed them about a month and do a little herd reduction for meat. I can shoot them out of the bathroom window while sitting on the toilet. Bucket list item! Literally

Two of the largest bucks I have looked at close to house with thermal and hog cam footage lay up right behind an elderly ladies house in a little 10 acre block. You only see them late at night and rarely even then. Hunters hunt within 150 yards all around them. And they are old enough they are going downhill now.

There used to be a couple like those running around town in Raton NM.

Couple nice bucks. From a small town in Eastern Oregon. We live in the city limits but just barely. We have had a couple decent bucks hang around our place at times. Have a 2 acer pasture for my horse. Have counted up to 22 deer in it. Lots of times 12 to 15. Enjoy having them around even though they have destroyed every tree we have planted.
