I believe that is a v2. I have the same one. Great price either way. I love mine, great piece of reloading equipment.
Has blue tooth. It's V3.
Definitely a V2 with an autothrow but still a good price. V3 had a completely different throw.

It started out as a V2. The hopper/ thrower are the only remaining parts that are V2.
