I needed a phone fast (mother-in-law's old iPhone had a melt down.) I was all over getting this phone & @C.O. Shooter answered all my questions & let me run the imei # for peace of mind (it is "good"). I even contacted a previous 'customer' who said C.O. was a great seller & I could buy with confidence. My "hang up" came with the money order payment as I needed the phone by Saturday & that wasn't going to work.
