A guy living in an appartment complex comes home to his wife, but he's all scuffed up. His wife askes what happened to him.
He says that he'd been in a fight with the appartment manager.
"A fight? About what", she asks.
He replies, "Ohh...he's down stairs bragging about how he's slept with every woman in this complex, except one."
She says, "I bet it's that snooty Ms. Smith, on the third floor."
