I'm pretty sure Savage is offering there target action in a LA now(or very soon), I got my target action for about $430. That accutrigger on the target actions is amazing!

I know someone who has one, He said it was a "slight increase in price over the normal target action". He spent a lot of time on the phone with Savage...
