Len, Really don't know but that is beyond methane buildup plus its vented so I am thinking it was staged.

There was a long winded joke about a guy filling out insurance forms to explain why he had burns on his butt and a head injury. Seems every day he comes home from work he sets on the potty and smokes a cigar. After lighting the cigar he tossed the match between his legs into the bowl.
