I had listed this a while back but was hesitant to let it go and decided to keep it, but I have too many similar rifles to justify keeping it so she's up again.
- Defiance anti w/ 20 MOA rail
- Proof sendero 24" 1:10 twist (chamber reamer used was specific for 215 berger hybrids)
- Tipro self timer muzzle brake
- AG composites alpine hunter stock, full bed job by Alamo
- Trigger tech special trigger @ 1.5 pounds
- Hawkins BDL bottom metal and Wyatt's MBE-3 kit. Allows for 3 in the mag, 1 in chamber. Cycles perfectly. I swapped this in for the Alamo bottom metal as I feel that the Hawkins setup is a little better quality.
I got this rifle last fall and did a little breakin and zero with the Hornady precision hunter 200 ELDX factory ammo and used it to kill a late season cow here in MT. It shot that ammo in the .4"-.6" at 100 yards. Since deciding to keep it last I did minimal load development with the 215 Bergers just to see what potential it would show. I did not use H1000 though as I knew I'd probably in the end sell it and wanted to save my H1000. So I used H4831sc and seated bullet at 15 thou off. Targets below. Total round count now is 128 rounds. Scope and bipod not included.
Asking $3200 shipped in hardcase. These builds are now around $4500 from Alamo precision. Only trades would be a good condition NX8 4-32 sfp plus cash
