When I added to cart it was 99... when I was trying to finish transaction it went to 74. Then hit make payment and it said sold out!!

I have no clue why the website does that when it goes OOS. I set the prices to ADG's 2023 retail. 74.84 is below their Minimum advertised price... I need to fix it
