There are many knockoffs of Harris bipods being made these days. That is a very different situation than building and/or selling a knockoff of an item that is still protected by a valid US patent.
It is my understanding that the Harris patent has expired.
The Atlas is a much newer product and its patent will not expire for a long time.
Please don't sell items on LRH that are an obvious violation of someone else's legal property rights. It is not fair and it makes it harder for new innovative items to be brought to market if the innovator will not be rewarded and protected for his idea, his work and his risk in being the first one.
