There are (5) 5/8x24 thread devices.
1-5 (#3 is damaged but useable (just tighten from the front)
(3) 1/2x28 thread

$50 each shipped for the un-damaged
$40 for number 3
None of them are perfect, they were all used and have been installed and removed with tools.
If you need them make an offer they are not doing me any good. I can do Venmo or postal mo.
