7 SAUM load data

175 EH's and ADG brass

N565 65.0 - 65.5 is the best node in 4 of my 7 saums

N560 62.8 - 63.2 is the best node in these same rifles.

Both are going to get you to 3,000' mark

FYI all of mine are on long actions and all like them a little ways off the lands from 0.050" to 0.065"

Hope this helps
Wondering what the COAL is and how long are your barrels?

How compressed are you at 65.5 grains N565?? That seems like it has to be half way up the neck.

Correction I looked at one of my excel spreadsheet sheets. The N565 max load was 65.3 grains. But I didn't record where powder charge ended up in neck. I generally note a compressed charge but didn't. Doesn't mean that it isn't.

In my 7 RSAUM, I've only used WLR and F210GMM primers. I personally don't see the need for a magnum primer with the SAUM case capacity.

Besides, the WLR is the hottest non-magnum primer and gives me excellent accuracy in my XP-100 with 17.5" barrel as does the F210GMM primer.

Getting mine back from smith tomorrow and have 14 days to get load developed for elk hunt. Hope I get little input to expedite my load development.

Have 1 load semi worked up and validated at 400. (Proof 22", ADG , 168 ABLR, fed 215, 62.4 h4831sc , 2935 30-shots es 19, SD 7 .75)

Want to shoot 175 ABLR. Most interested in accuracy 1. Velocity 2.
Have ADG Brass / fed lg and magnum primers.
RL26, mag pro, H1000, N565, H4831SC, H4350,

Primarily Looking for RL 26 load data
But any recommendations welcome. Have about 8 hours over 2 days to come up with a load before I leave for a dream rifle during the rut elk hunt

Bumping this up again... I settled with RL23 for my hunting load with 175's at 2825 in a 22" tube. Getting low on the 23 but managed to snag a jug of N560 recently to hopefully replace the RL23 once I run out. Anybody else using N560? Is it as consistent as RL23? I know longtine88 has been using it with success.
