I have a rem 700 built by Randy Selby on a ti action 23.5" pac nor its a light rig about 6.5 with scope. been trying to get a real good load worked up but have been limited on bullet selection due to magazine size. The accubonds and other longer bullets wouldn't work so went with the 129 interlock. Thus far best load has been with 57gr RL-22, Fed 215m primer and basically seating out as far as mag will allow. Been getting 3050fps and best group is a hair under an inch. Would obviously like to get it better. Thinkng about maybe trying different powder any thoughts greatly appreciated. No experience with this load. Have some IMR 4831and H4831 and H4350 and IMR 4350 on hand already. Thanks guys

My experience with the .264 Win Mag, 6.5WSM and 6.5-284 Norma has found that Vithavuori N-560 is the fastest powder with 129 (or 130) gr bullets in the 6.5 -284. You should get about 130 fps over R-22. Another powder to try would be MagPro. It has produced great velocities for me with 120 gr bullets but N-560 is better with 130 gr bullets.
I am surprised that you went for the 6.5 Rem Mag and have to use Remington brass. Remington brass is a disease that is difficult to recover from.
What is your Cartridge length? The 6.5 WSM fits in 3.1 inches even with 130 Accubonds or 130 Berger VLDs into the lands. My Model 70 (without the floorplate) in a MPI graphite stock weighs 7.5 lbs with a 2.5-10 Sightron scope in Conetrol steel. The barrel is a Rock Creek 26 inch fluted #3. It will shoot 130 Accubonds or Berger 130s to 3300 fps all day long with Retumbo from WSM cases. I have Norma and Nosler brass. It is great if you anneal it frequently.
What do you have for a seating die? Do you have a Wilson seater made from your chamber Reamer? If not talk to your riflesmith. Test your seating die stem to see if it is pushing the bullet into the case at the point or on the shoulder? Test it.
