Does the Millet come complete [rings,shade n caps] or just scope, also what is the condition, how much use

the millet scope does not come with rings, but if i can find them i will include them. it does not come with the shade or caps that cover the lenses. the leupold comes with caps.

overall condition is good has some nicks and scratches from use. can send additional pics if needed

What model is first Leopold and is it gloss or matte finish? And what reticle?

The first leupold is a vari-x-III. It seems to be the glossy finish but don't hold me to it.
It has the nikoplex reticle.
