I too de-cap separately and set my dies as normal dies are set up. All cartridges are lubed before fl sizing. I still had problems with them getting pushed thru the decapping hole. FL sizing also scrapes off about a 1/3 of the coating, even with the case lubed. I use steel media for all my cleaning and this too removes some of the coating and makes some of what is left loose on the case. Use of the no decapping shell holder has made sizing more uniform.
