Good question.
In my mind it makes all the difference in the world on price.

I built it. It shoots .5 MOA easily. I havent papered it out to 1000 yds, but I have shot targets as far as 1630 consistantly. I actually also killed my first bull elk this last elk season at 1008 yds. I promise, I wouldnt be selling this rifle if I didnt have too. If you have anymore questions, please do ask.
