I've seen this powder listed on so many different cartridges. Several of which I reload. It appears on paper to be a great heavy load powder. I've looked for years for this stuff and have never seen it available any where. Does anyone have a source for a pound or two of this powdered gold? thanks in advance,

no Sir. 223,243, 308, 30-06, 300 WSM and 28 Nosler. and a half dozen pistol calibers.

Some of my best groups ever were also with another discontinued powder, Norma MRP. :-(

Norma MRP is still in production just sporadically available.

My 300WSM shoots such small 5 shot groups with IMR4831 and any 180grn bullet I have used thus far one has to see them to believe them.
 
i used to use IMR4831 a lot in my 243 rounds back in the 80's havent used it in quite a while. Think I've got a bottle of it some where. Might use sme of it to do some work up loads and see what the 300 wsm likes. tks
post some pics of your groups and the load data with them pse
