I have some once fired nosler 280ai brass for sale. It is cleaned in corn cob media and in bags of 100 pieces. $115 per bag shipped. I have a few bags for sale. This is cross posted. I would assume factory. I bought 500 pieces from one of the once fired sites a while back and didnt use it all.
