Have you checked with any of the smiths you would consider using I bet one of them would have one on hand possibly?
I've been working with Sterling precision, they are willing to order one but the lead time is a while

Just a thought but may call around to some other smiths if you don't mind shipping, it opens up the possibilities. I can think of a few smiths that probably have a 260AI reamer on hand. Would need to confirm though.
