I have the 21st Century Neck turning lathe that will come with 20° and 30° cutters, 6.5mm mandrel, 6mm carbide mandrel, and the Sinclair 6.5mm expander mandrel and die. Also comes with regular 308 size shell holder and magnum shell holder, two extra set screws and two extra o-rings. This all retails at over $400. Would be looking for $320 shipped.
