Anyone form .204 Brass from Lapua .222 or .223?
The .204 Ruger does not come in Lapua Brass.
I have heard of necking up .223 to 6mm and then back down to .204
Maybe just stick with Hornady Brass.
Have Nosler Custom, but they want about $1.30 per case.
Man First it was Primers skyrocketing prices, then Powder , now Brass.
Look at lapua if you can find it in your cartridge. 50% increase this year.

I've had good results and quality with Starline 204 brass. Again, is there any on the shelf?

No, the 204 is 1.85", 223 is 1.75" long. 222 mag would work if you find it.

I've used mostly Win brass, it needs annealed to avoid split necks early on. I got lucky in Nov 2020 and scored a pile of Dogtown brass for cheap. Haven't loaded any yet.

Maybe your cheaper route is to set your barrel back, rechamber to 20 practical which uses 223 brass, straight neck down.

Midsouth has bulk Nosler for 83 cents a piece right now, probably as cheap as it's gonna get unfortunately.
Optics Planet has a sale also free shipping and 11%off.
Nosler has two kinds of brass - BULK $0.88 and Premium $1.32 hard to see why they make two different brass.
We got around 4-500 Hornady and about the same in Nosler Premium. Just want more for when we go PD hunting.
Brass is getting so expensive lately.
