Just to state the obvious. ..neither scope is a VX3 as your ad states.

Both boxes and scopes are labeled VX-III? I assumed that was the name as VX-3. my apologies.

Everyone these scopes are VX-III. not VX-3.

If it's a 1" tube it won't have side focus since it's not a long range model.

Sorry thats my fault. The 1" tube does not have the side focus like the 30mm tube does.
Both come with sunshades.
