I built a .17 Remington Upper to shoot critters and I just haven't had time to dedicate to it. This setup is completely unfired. Currently I have it mated to a Seekins Precision lower with a PRS stock and a Zeiss Conquest scope sitting in Larue rings sitting on top. My goal is to sell the upper and ammo/brass, but if a buyer wants something more turnkey I'd be willing to include the lower and beyond that the optics.
All options are listed, let me know if you have any questions or idea ideas on what you'd like. I don't want to sell the lower nor the scope without being bundled with the upper/ammo/brass.
Upper:
-Keyhole upper receiver.
-24" stainless barrel with matched bolt in 17 Remington, purchased barrel and bolt from Specialized Dynamics. 1:10 twist. Rifle length gas system.
-JP Adjustable Gas Block, railed.
-Milspec bolt carrier.
-Charging handle with Badger Tactical latch.
-15" YHM quad rail with rail covers on sides and 75% of the bottom. Small mark on locking nut from installing, shown in photos.
-QD ATLAS BIPOD IS NOT INCLUDED, I ONLY STUCK IT ON TO AID IN TAKING PHOTOS.
Ammo/Brass:
-All ammo listed as Factory Ammo is 25gr Remington ammo.
-All ammo listed as Hand Loads are my loads, also 25gr. I am considering those to be "components", you are welcome to dis-assemble and re-use components or fire them at your own risk. I'm comfortable shooting my own hand loads, but not others. Therefore I am not using values for these as if they were factory loads.
-All brass listed as Brass is, well, brass……..
-Factory Ammo: 444 rounds
-Hand Loads: 149 assembled rounds of components
-Brass: 85 sticks
I know I have at least 100+ more pieces of brass but can't locate (I've had several 17 Rem bolt rifles in the past). When I find them the buyer can have them for free!!
The upper as listed and the ammo/brass are together, there is no options to split these up: $1650 shipped to your door with insurance.
Lower:
-Seekins Precision billet lower
-Quality LPK
-Milspec trigger (breaks very nicely)
-RRA rubber pistol grip
-Magpul PRS stock (was previously used and shows slight signs of wear)
+$500 to the price of the upper/ammo/brass. This will need to ship to your dealer.
Scope & Rings:
-Zeiss Conquest 4.5-14x44 with Rapid Z-800 reticle
-Larue 30mm QD Rings with 1" inserts
+$765 to the price of the upper/ammo/brass.
Again, you are welcome to mix and match between upper/ammo and lower and scope. The only combo that I will not sell is the lower & scope (together or separate) without the upper/ammo.
