139gr Interbond - 7mm08

Depends on what you want to do with it.
The Interbond essentially shoots the same as the SST & 140gr Nosler Ballistic Tip.

I've used H4895, H414, IMR 4350, H4350, RL15, RL17, RL19, PP2000MR with bullet weights from 100gr-160gr.

Pick a powder and start with a starting charge.

I've used H4350 and that IMR powder that replicates it. Enduron something or other, but they quit making it. BR2 PRIMERS and loaded .020" off the lands. This gave me a little more powder capacity than the book allowed for. Good luck. I love my 7mm-08.

Is Inter bond the only bullets you have. Because they are expensive and hard to find. SSTs works well, very well in fact. And are much less costly and available.

H4350 gave good velocity but Varget is always a good choice with this case capacity. After getting very good velocity with Sta-bil 6.5 in my creedmore, I will try it in my 7-08 this spring.

65 StaBall is supposed to be fantastic. I've yet to use it but have plans to with the 150 ELDX. Here is Hornadys info on the 139's.

If your goal is to shot past 300 yds with this bullet, and being that it's a bonded bullet, you need to push it fast for proper expansion. That said, RL16, RL17, CFE223, and Power Pro 2000 will get you the most speed. I've also read Staball pushes bullets fast.
