30 40 krag

Hi, I am asking this question for a friend. He has a number of old 30 40 Krag's. Living in CA he must now shoot lead free (copper bullets). He realizes he will have to reload and has asked me for information on good reloading components for that cartridge. Any suggestions (I suggested moving!)...
