I picked up a 7 rum last year and I don't reload or anything so I'm wondering if there are some good factory loads people have experience with or if I should find someone to load me some stuff. The rifle is a Remington 700 sendero I believe the serial number is S if anyone has experience with one like it let me know some stuff.

If I had to buy factory ammo, only 2 brands come to mind, Remington Core-lokt or Barnes LRX.
I had mine way back when they were first introduced, tried all the different Remington ammo, the reduced velocity stuff and full power stuff, settled on the 175g Core-lokt. When I loaded for it, I used 160g Accubond.
Today, if loading for it, I would use either the 168g ABLR or 175g ABLR.

Cheers.

Unfortunately, newer cartridges have taken the spotlight so ammo is scarce in favour of PRC hype.
I have never lost an animal to either Core-lokt or LRX.

Cheers.

Yeah I though about using the action for a 28 nosler since I would be able to find more ammo or a 7 prc

PRC would not feed well.
I would seriously just stick with what you have, if you search, you can find other ammo.
Look at bullet companies for specific ammo, Berger and the like.
Last resort, look for someone willing to load for you. I have done this many times, unfortunately, I'm not in the USA.

Cheers.

what would be a good cartridge to swap over too at some point and I wouldn't have feeding problems. Maybe 300 prc?
