I bought tickets to the buffalo hunt but never received the tickets from Brave Souls. Can someone tell me how this is supposed to work? Brave Souls did ding my credit card for the money

Well, I tried to PM you but it says I'm unable to, not sure if you don't have it set up or what. If you can try to send me a PM please.

I don't know hw to set up a PM process on my end. I have been here for several years and aways thought the PM process was part of the signup process. Who would one contact to get this resolved? would it be better to just send me an email?

I have an answer to my PM question. I do not have enough post to make use of this forum. I will work on it.

Got it. Email sent

I personally went through the sales every night and filled out raffle tickets and texted pictures to the phone number provided on the purchase. If the phone number was a landline and unable to get text, I emailed a picture to the email used for the purchase.

There were a few customers that had mix ups on their phone number when they input at purchase, but I can go back through the purchases and double check.
