Wts- BAT IGNITER 300 norma improved 35 degree great deal

This is back up. I'm not getting the speeds I was hoping for with my powder. Really need a slower powder but have to much stocked up to switch now.

#1 30 inch bartlein barrel heavy varmint 1-8 twist 5/8-24 muzzle threads 75 rds on it fireforming only.

#2 29 inch hawkhill barrel acc contour 1-9 twist 5/8-24 muzzle threads 200 rds 100 fireforming the rest load testing

#3 29 inch bartlein barrel heavy varmint 1-8 twist 5/8-24 muzzle threads 100 rds fireforming.

#4 BAT Igniter action been nitrided

There is a total of 300 brass all formed but 20 the rest is mostly 1 time fired.

I have dies Bullet central full length sizer with .335 bushing

Forster 300 norma seater with micrometer on top and the chamber sleeve has been reamer out to match the 35 degree improved.

The work was done by Ty shaw flatline precision/weaver rifles

I will post pics of barrels and action later also some groups I did shoot with awesome results.


I also have 1000 berger 245 I just got that will be extra $ 800 shipped

Then I have some berger 220s

Total package for action, barrels, brass and dies $3,600

I'm also not against a trade for 300 prc or 7mm-300 prc barreled action or ever 30 nosler but they would need to be long heavy target barrels.

Don't want to really get rid of chassis and bipod but I will sell as a whole rifle package if that is what someone wants. The rifle shoots I just can't seem to get speeds I want with out pressure with my powder.

What powder were you using for your load development?
And what speeds were you achieving?

N565- roughly 2950 to 3000 anything much over that showed pressure.

N570 will wake her up!

I'm open to selling just the barrels as well.

Open to trades as well for heay barreled long action magnum 300 prc 7 prc ect.

3000 fps with 245 grain bullets seems pretty solid to me.

But N565 is definitely too fast for that setup. N568 or 570 would be better.

That is with 220 bergers.
