That's what made my hair stand up. Looked like they/he were looking for someone else with something like them.

The guy who posted the first time was buying spam cans of 7.62x39 and pulling the FMJ bullets with a Vice and pliers to get the bullet and powder. Reloading it back into a brass case. To save money? Nothing in his post made sense.

Oh man, I missed the optics thread. Well, I hadn't missed it I just didn't read far enough down the first page. That went down the drain quickly.
