got these for my bergara Highlander, but ended up going with a 30mm tube scope. These are high 34mm rings and have been opened up for a #8 screw. They will NOT work for a standard #6 Remington 700 action screw. The holes were opened by my gunsmith and he lapped the rings at that time.

My reloading setup is still a work in progress, and am looking to pick up some factory 280ai ammo for the range and likely this hunting season (deer/elk) I’m leaning towards the federal ammo with the 168gr hybrid hunter in their “premium nickel plated” ammo. Anyone have any experience reloading...

For what it’s worth, we are building similar rifles, but mine is going on a 6.5 creed. I am putting 3-12 lrhs that is en route. I don’t know if you’ve considered it or not, but figured I’d throw it out there. There is a 4.5-18 option too. The lrts can be found for some screaming deals (cameralandny)

Looking for a 30mm low for a Remington action and a 30mm low for a Stiller action. Let me know if you’ve got them! Checking here before I buy new. and just for clarification: need short action for the Stiller and long action for the Remington.
