The 107 has a fairly short bearing surface. Considering it is lighter than the 140 and 155 with a sleeker ogive, leads to a shorter bearing surface. In my HP Silhouette rifles I shoot 107/108's at 2750 out of an 8 twist and they shoot just fine. I've even booted them out at 3750 out of a 6.5 STW...
Moly coated 139 Lapua touching lands, 65.5 gr. H1000, Fed 210 M. Velocity is 3150 with no pressure out of a 30" barrel. Work up to this in your rifle. Retumbo looks to be promising, I can't wait till it warms up.
I have tried the nosler 200 gr bullet and based on actual drop the BC is way higher than the .414 advertised. I haven't been able to find the 225 SST bullets or any bc's on them, too bad, they look promising. Would be nice if Hornady made a 275 gr .338 AMAX......

A bullet without a core is much lighter than one without. On a progressive press you still need to handle the bullet, this would be when it should be detected. I load on a Dillon 550 as well. I can pick up a 107 mixed in with my 142's after moly coating, never mind a bullet that would weigh...

The problem isn't so much the availability of a stock, McMillan could inlet for it. The problem is the bottom metal. The Sako stuff is molded into the stock, thus there is nothing too put in the McMillan.
