What ever you decide , If it were me I would gather all my parts and have someone assemble them and chamber your barrel. Custom Bat action , Jewell trigger , Kreiger barrel ,McMillan stock, Nightforce scope for example or whatever you decide as this would be a really nice setup.

I would make them change it to what you wanted it to be , the light barrel probably won't work well

Like heli logger said and if that don't work then order a new barrel blank from Krieger and get a smith to chamber it for the ammo you want to shoot with a little tighter chamber than a factory sloppiness . You will be amazed at how much better they can shoot .

Too many things to list but most importantly are you shooting a thin sporter barrel ? Barrel heats up and moves or creates stress in the steel. Could just be your bullets / seating depth . Measure base to ogive ? Loosen the stock screws and stand the gun upward position with the muzzle pointing...
