Not to single out pureblood but seriously. The guy/gal/it posts pictures of a ruined bolt face from primers or a way too hot load and talks about continuing to shoot it. If someone else is having that problem that isn't a troll and see's that and thinks its ok to keep shooting and has their gun...
I've had really good luck with 86 grains of h1000 and a 190 berger vld at 3.650 oal (about 3050-3100 fps in a 26") in multiple mark v 300 weatherbys. Also 82.5 grains of Retumbo and a 210 berger vld around 2850 fps in a 26" same 3.650 oal. Also had a load for the 178 eldx with h1000 that shot...
