Ok i got a remington 700 cdl sf ordered in a 30-06. This is gonna be something to shoot out to 500-600 yards. Be used for deer,antelope, and maybe elk havent decided. For scope im thinking vx3 3.5-10-40 or 4.5-14-40 with cds? I would like some opinions on the two. Also what else would you...

About what i have heard from others im really considering picking one up in ss in a 30-06 putting a bel and carlson stock on it cause im just not crazy about the factory stock plus it will look better :) and slapping a 3x9x40 leupold on it

Seen one of these on gun broker looks like a good looking gun. What do you all think about this gun? Be nice to have it in a 280 or 7mm-08. Havent seen one local yet.

Any tikka t3 fans on here. I keep here people talk about how these guns shoot and how accurate they are. I am about half tempted to pick one up to try. What are your all's thoughts?

Ok so i think i would like to build a custom. Never done it before so need a little advice. I really would like to do a 7mm stw. Would it be best to find a used remington 700 and use just the action. Then order the barrel? Looking for some advice for a first time build
