Maybe the .375 RUM would be a better choice for me too. The ammo is available and not terribly expensive. I always wanted a custom rifle with a Hart barrel and at 67 I better get going on it too.
I was thinking of having a barrel maker/gunsmith barrel a .375 RUM action for me. I was then going to find a stock I liked and purchase a complete reloading set and learn to hand load for it. But after reading the last four pages, I realize I would have been way over my head.
Has anyone heard any info on the 235 grain Barns load for 375 H&H made by Doubletap? Unfortunately I'm not a hand loader so am at the mercy of factory ammo.
