I’ve had a Wiggy’s bag for 14 years, very light, very warm. I use them 2-3 times a year and they are still like new. I use them primarily in a 4-6 person tent but also have a bivy sack and ground pad for backpack and oconus. https://www.wiggys.com/
I like the Springfield Operator and it can be optioned with the slide milled for an RMR red dot. If you prefer a 1911 IMO this is the way to go. However, if you’re open to options, the Springfield XDM OSP 10mm with the threaded barrel is a good choice, it’s every bit as accurate, as my 1911s...
I use it 5.56/.223 and it works really well. I use a Dillion 650 for reloading and I don’t have any issues with it throwing charges accurately and consistently. Accuracy on paper is fine for semiautomatic ARs. I reload 55gr-69gr FMJBT rounds with it.
Know before you go… different areas may have different restrictions, check in with whoever is responsible for managing the public lands where you will

I have a 6.8 SPC II that I built with generic off the shelf parts and its 6.2lbs. 18" Stainless Barrel with mid-length adjustable gas block and Midwest Light weight profile handguard. Standard AR-15 Mil-Spec Lower. Six position butt stock. Very little recoil. I have a 1x6x24 Vortex optic for...
I don’t have the IM3300 but I do have a a couple 1750 and the V800. The 1750 is a bit more rugged (stiffer) a bit bigger and slightly heavier than the IM3300 (material seems to be similar to the Pelican Vaults) according to the specs. The IM3300 has the push button releases versus the camming...
I have Pelican, original types and the newer lighter Vault cases (original are better) and Plano all weather, single and double rifle cases. Pelicans are by far better than Plano. The closest cases to pelican are the Harbor Freight cases. They are a pretty good knock off. I also use my drag...
Use legitimate sites that allow you to subscribe to alerts to be notified when products are in stock. Prices are still outrageously high , but you’ll be able to get loaded ammo. Likely won’t find primers online for less than paying for loaded ammunition. SGAmmo had Sellier and Bellot in stock...
These work really well in my .300 blackout subsonic. I have them loaded for home defense. I bought them after watching several videos of them taking deer out to 100yds.
I have the wheeler analog and the fix-it sticks in my range bag. I prefer the wheeler, the fix-sticks are adequate. I’ve never had any issues with the wheeler.
From what I’ve read the burn rate is close to H1000, Retumbo Ramshot Magnum and H870 should be good for 338LM but definitely start 15% lower than any data you find as I understand the surplus powders vary widely by lot. GIBrass.com may be able to give you some information. They sell a lot of...
Did you buy direct from Nosler and/or buy the factory ‘blems’ on sale from an aftermarket resale? I’ve seen and bought factory blem cases from several resellers. The blems are all cosmetic and don’t make a difference for hunting or plinking. But if you paid full price direct from Nosler I...
