Need a little info on terminal ballistics of the 6.5x284. What is its max killing range of this round. I seen a guy on youtube drop an elk at 900plus yds. Is this normal for this round. thanks matty

try the game and fish website. they will give you some areas that have good elk and elk harvests.

my marlin 35 back in the ny timber. killed alot of deer with that gun. Out here in az where i live now win model 70 7mm mag. did a nice job on a couses at 250 yds last year.
